REGISTRATION

Items that are specifically prohibited on Our Mailing lists:

Items designed to be used to commit a crime including not without limitation burglary tools, false identification and items used to manufacture illegal explosives or controlled substances.
Material that contains obscene material, child pornography or is harmful to minors.
Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia. Nonprescription drugs that make false or misleading claims that might require FDA approval.
Services or merchandise that promote hatred and violence against specific groups of people.
Services that are illegal including without limitation prostitution.
Stolen goods or property with serial number removed or altered.
Weapons (including but not limited to firearms, silencers, ammunition, disguised, or switchblade knives, BB guns, stun guns or tear gas) and weapons parts. Fireworks.

Content that can intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to act responsibly and to treat other users with respect. Users also must not use the site or the service to harass or abuse other users. Individuals who have demonstrably harassed other individuals may be removed from the service or blocked from the site.

OWNERSHIP & INFRINGEMENTS

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the site to do the same. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information that you do not have legal authorization to use. If you believe that through the service your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please immediately notify us.

We have the sole right to protect our services against theft and fraud by any persons unlawfully obtaining access to our services without following proper procedure, which may result in legal action by appropriate authorities, following the conduct of our own investigation. We have tracking software, which harvests detailed sensitive information from visitor IP addresses to click activity. Any persons found to have illegally, unlawfully accessed our service to gain access without first following proper procedure will be billed, fined the sum of $1,000 USD payable by arrangement within 48 hours, pending legal action. Upon acknowledgement, and acceptance and arrangement for payment(s) legal matters will be closed without court action.
